Nortel Symposium Web Center Portal

Is there anyone out there that is using Nortel Symposium Web Center Portal to manage their Customer Service email questions?

What is everyone else using to handle high volumes of messages? We get 2000-10000 customer service questions per day.

We're getting ready to move to a Nortel Merridian 1 Option 11C, and I'm trying to decide if we should go with the email management package that Nortel provides.
