Setting up a new contact center in Singapore

Hi,
Setting up a call center is challenging sometimes though. If you have a good software and skilled manpower, its not a problem at all. The main thing you have to be careful in setting up ACD (Automatic call distribution ) & IVR (Intelligent voice recognition).If this isn’t to be particularly large Call Centre, you don’t want to be spending a lot of time getting it up and running and looking after it. Scripts for routing calls should be easy to set up, with lots of samples provided and the thing is you have to pick the best call center software which is easy to use & saves your time. Cost involve in large operations depend upon whether you're using onsite server or hosted server, how many seats you require, how many lines per agent, what country you're calling to etc. Cheers, Feebie |

It all depends on your overall setup means what equipments you are using and number of staff members and the call rate of that place where you are doing calls etc.
