Transcriptionist for call centers

My wife is currently an independent contractor for an insurance company (she works from home). She wants to generate more clients for her transcription business and is interested in transcribing for call centers, focus groups, speeches, conferences etc. Does anyone know of any call center companies that need a transcriptionists?
