Service Level in Technical Support
I am looking for assistance from Call Center Managers in technical support. I need call centers with common parameters. ATT = 15 minutes or more. What is your service level goal? We are currently 80/60 and are trying to prove it is more common to be 80/120 or 70/120. Can you help?
