Minimum Calls Needed to Forecast
I work for a hotel call center and we recently moved to a new forecasting tool (IEX). Before IEX, we just forecasted the call volume as a whole but IEX gives us the opportunity to make the forecasts more granular. I want to split up the the forecast by all the different call types we have but some types can be quite small (about 4000 calls a month). What are the pros and cons of splitting up the forecast like this?
Variables: Multi Skill environment Multi Site Call Center 750,000-900,000 calls a month
