International Call Support

Does anyone have a company that they are using to outsource in handling international calls? Specifically in Japanese.

Hi there ,

There are several call centers which handel in Japanese language.Few names are here :
HBI
GEEPS
HTS

You can find call centers in Japan also , names are here :
Arkadin
Ascendas Pte Ltd.
Asia Netcom

They have their Contact Center setup also in case you require .
