Calibration variance - acceptable levels?

Hello,

Wondering what insight you guys can provide in terms of an acceptable Calibration variance range?

We've been going with a 6% range and my boss is behind that.

Is that a good number between QC auditers themselves?

We also hold Calibration sessions between QC and also call center Supervisors/Leaders as well.

Is 6% variance range a good goal for that as well...despite them viewing calls from a very different perspective typically?

Any thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks!
