IEX and SmartSync

I'm trying to find anyone out there that uses IEX and SmartSync. Our company just moved to using IEX and we just purchased SmartSync. I'm trying to find out what kind of things you are using it for and if anyone is willing to be a resource for any questions.

Thanks in advance

From my understanding, smartsync allows you to retrieve and update schedule information. You can use it for shift swapping, schedule updating, and other wonderful applications. SmartSync is not needed to read schedule information but it is definitely needed to automate schedule updates.

We also use IEX and have supposedly purchased SmartSync but I haven't seen it yet and I would be the person in this company to implement it.

We are just starting to utilize SmartSync at our business. It is not an easy process to implement.
