"Renting" seats in a contact center

I have heard that it is possible to "rent" a certain number seats in a contact center (e.g., 15-20), i.e., you pay for the infrastructure but have your own agents manning calls. Does anyone have information on potential vendors for this as well as pricing/costs? Any suggestions/leads in the Gurgaon area would be most appreciated.

Indeed, various companies are doing fine with this set-up. They just pay for slots or spaces, hire their own agents, and they get to save on a few things -- like setting up the place, etc.
