Measuring QA auditers - what to have on a scorecard

Hello all,

I've recently been moved under a new boss and they want to implement a "scorecard" for each of my QA auditers. I only have 2.

Basically, their data-driven and asked teh question "how do your people know how well they're doing".

I've always just had consistent and often verbal conversations, we sit right next to each other as well.

How can I quantify this on a scorecard? What measurements can I use? We currently only monitor cust serv calls and do various types of meetings.

I've thought of audit production of course along with calibration variance numbers between rep vs. rep.

Any other measurement ideas you all could give me would be much much appreciated!

Thanks
