Contact Center Manager responsibilites

I've recently been promoted to Contact Center Manager from Senior Supervisor. I report to the VP of Customer Service. This isn't the exact structure that we had previously and we want to determine the best division of duties so we're not working at cross purposes and so that I know which things I am accountable for.

Can anyone tell me what metrics and what departments/subgroups etc... would the Manager handle where you are?

We are currently running with about 75 agents but we've been larger and may grow again.
