Work in Call Center - Want to Open One

Hi everyone! My name is Jessica and I'm a newbie to the forums. I currently work in a Customer Service call center that takes both in-bound and out-bound calls. Often times, I'll switch from in to out depending on what they need.

Basically, I've been a customer service rep for a while and I'm hoping to open up my own call center. I actually want to open up a Tech Support company (particularly for an OS) that takes in-bound calls from customers. I think someone already inquired about this, but I was wondering how to get started. It would be greatly appreciated! :)
