Forecasting & Excel
Hello. Does anyone know of an Excel spreadsheet online (or anywhere else) that could be used to help in forecasting inbound calls? I would like to find something that I could use to help in forecasting the inbound call volume for our call center. I have been given the task to check against the forecasts that we are currently have, and was wondering if anyone knew of an Excel spreadsheet that might be out there.
Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance, M. Williams
