Help please

I need to compare two call centers in different states California and Utah to determine which is more profitable. What all do I need to be taking in to account when comparing them. I have thought of agent productivity and payroll but there are operational costs like power, lease taxes since each state is different I don't want to forget anything. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you are thinking about profit & want to save money than outsourcing your services is a better option.
