Forecast using web orders
I wanted to see if I could pick someones brain about forecasting.
I need to forecast calls for our web traffic. The data I have is actual visits to the site and actual orders that come from those visits. I am having a hard time finding info on this. Could you please point me in the right direction books / websites that can help me with this? Currently the forecasting I am doing is with projected revenue which I can do on my head. Some reason forecasting calls for our web traffic is not sinking in. Any help you could give would be appreciated. |
