Operational Costs
Hi,
Since you are asking for Operational Costs, i presume that you have the Capex (Switch, Passport, Router, CRM, Dialer, PC's,Servers, Cabling, Interiors of the center, Furniture, IPLC deposit etc. etc.) for setting up a 20-30 seat call center. a) Firstly am curious to know why would you like to setup a 20-30 seater, why don't you think of outsourcing the work to an existing call center if you are looking at only 20-30 seater operation with no ramp up plans. b) If with ramp up plans then how many seats would you like to scale up to ? never the less, the Operational costs would be the following heads : 1) Salary approx. (Agents : Rs.7000 p.m, Team Leaders : Rs. 15000-20000 p.m, Manager Operations : Rs.25000-35000 p.m, Manager HR : Rs.25000-35000 p.m, Executive HR : Rs.12000-15000 p.m, Manager Administration : Rs.25000 p.m, Executive Administration : Rs.10000-12000 p.m, Head / General Manager - Call Center: Rs.70000-90000 p.m), Cost of hiring the entire staff, cost of training the staff. 2)Transportation costs : as per location/market rates for Pick Up and Drop of the staff 3)Elelctricity Costs : As per the distribution companies billing plans 4)Generator costs 5)Cafeteria cost (Food for staff), as per rates negotiated with vendor 6)Interantional Private Leased Circuit costs as per existing rates and the bandwidth size (India end and US end respectively) 7)Long Distance charges (T1 lines in the US) 8)Rent if space is taken on rent etc. etc. please feel free to get in touch with me at email : taruncallcenter@rediffmail.com , Mobile : 98111 41111 regards, tarun puri

HI,
If you use a Virtual Call Center solution you could work on costs as low as $1 to $2 per hour including Long Distance telephone charges. Advantage ? No initial investment in PD, ACD, IVR Recorders, T1's etc etc. VCC on VoIP works like a charm . Dadi@hypersoftindia.com |
