Support Plan

I need to write a support plan. Is there a resource out there (book, web site, template) that gives me examples of support plans? I've tried the bookstore and web searches and kind find all sorts of examples of business plans and marketing plans, but can't find a support plan.

Any ideas or does anyone have an example they'd send my way?

Thanks.

Not sure if you have consulted "Call Center Management on Fast Forward" by Cleveland and Mayben. It's a good inbound source -- available on Amazon. I also saw your post regarding making the build vs. buy decision and call center routing. If you are interested, I have a spreadsheet that I can send you showing internal vs. outsourced costs. If you decide to look at the outsource model, I would be glad to show you some of the unique philosophies and tools that CallTech provides for its clients.
