I need help finding out the average amount of minutes per year call centers spend on the phone with customers. This is based on 24hr./7day, 365 days a year basis. I'm looking to find this information for the last 8 years, from 1995 to a projected amount for 2003. I also need a pie chart that shows how customers contacted centers between 1995 and 1997 and how they do today. This includes via e-mail, fax, telephone, etc.
