Forecasting
Hello all!
I just found this place, good info spot:) I was just wondering what the forecasting accuracy for other call centers is. Here my goal is to get less than 3.5% misforecast calls and over the past year I have attained a 3.14% on 6.3 million calls. Post your stats here and lets get some numbers flowing!

nice job! what kind of calls / center are you forcasting for? Are you an internal center? outsourcer? what industry? I forecast for ISP support and 'non-routine events' kill my accuracy occassionally... on a good day our daily numbers are only 1-2% off.
