Line and Trunk Calculations for Outbound
Hello all forum members,
Similar to the Erlang Calculations for calculating the number of agents / trunks / lines for an inbound Call Center, are there any such calculations for an Outbound Call Center. How would one arrive at the figures. Any help is welcome. Thanks in advance.
