Need advice on Certs for call center jobs
I 'm want to know how everyone feels about the certs
for Call center manager . Are the certs worth the money, I have over 8yrs of exp in management , and 2 yrs of techn exp working in an call center. I want to add the certs to my other list of certs but i need to know if they are worth it....
