Script Assistance
I wondered if anyone can help me, we are not a call centre but currently trying to open up new markets and have someone who will be concentrating on a telemarketing activity, the assistance I need is in compiling a useful telemarketing script.
Can anyone shed any light on what works for them.
We are a company specialising in business application development and website design.

Pl analyse the market which u woukd be catering to. Then have a basic opening, body. closing of a call!
