Call out manual
PL help me in compiling a call monitoring manual for financial advisors. We have the parameters of the calls but looking for any general good to know info on calls in india or why India is now a prefered vendor for call out processes? Thanks in advance!

i'm not understanding your questions? are you looking at doing business in Asia (India)? or are you looking for a QA form that will aid you at monitoring calls going to Indian reps?
6 months ago i opened a call center in the Philippines and might be able to help you with your qeustion once i have a better understanding. |
