Pricing Model

Hi There,

I am the Performance Manager for an outsourced IT Helpdesk. I have been asked to modify our existing Pricing Model for future RFP submissions. Does anyone know of an existing tool which would assist in this area or have a pricing model worksheet that they would like to share.
