Credit Card Denials
I'm looking for ideas on how other call centers are dealing with uncollected receivables due to declined credit cards. We are an inbound call center that does not have the ability to validate charges 'real time'. Stating that, I need to implement a short-term solution until 'real time' authorization can be implemented.
