Supervisor

Hi!
I am in HR training Department. I want someone to give me a job description for a Team Leader who will move on to become a Supervisor(temporarily).
I am sure there is a thin line that separates the two and if someone could give me an answer to this at the earliest it will be of great help.
If you have a job description for the two of them separately please mail the same to me.
