Remote Desktop Viewers

My Call Center staff seems to have more fun surfing the net than giving the best support to our customers. Does anyone know of a piece of software that will allow me to view their desktop in real-time to see what they are doing. It needs to be completely hidden, so VNC and PCAnywhere will not work. Thanks for your help!

Have you heard of telnet ? You can sit in a cabin floors above the production area & view the total activity on any specified screen.

Once the agents know you can do that, their attitude undrgoes a total change.make an example of one of them by taking away some
much cherished privilage like a saturday/sunday off for a period of time. This ensures seriousness in others.Dont do it publicly at first.believe me word spreads like fire.If you still have defaulters be tough & do it in an open forum, but after giving fair warning.
For more information on telnet log on to :

have fun.
