Pls advise- Callcenter certifications & Quality Parameters

Hi,

I am working on streamlining Inhouse Customer service call center with initial 25 calling agents. Pls advise what are the certifications, Licenses, Quality Certifications, In short, Legalities involved for smooth operations and the time required.

We deal in security products and we have a toll free number in place. How to reduce cost and maximize on sales and increase conversions. How to reduce attrition rate, setup Target deadlines.

We have around 300 products, so how we can manage the incoming calls and assign it to the right agent. How many groups of agents we need.
