Sample Quality Assurance Plan
My company is bidding on a Call Center contract, and I am required to put together a Sample Q/A Plan. I have not put a Q/A plan together before and would appreciate any help I can get from anyone. If someone has a generic plan template or knows where I can obtain a sample plan, I would really appreciate it.
