Participants Needed!

Call for Research Participants

Bloomington, IL- The DeGarmo Group, Inc., developers of the Call Center Fit Index web-based employment test (CCFIweb), is currently seeking organizations with call centers to participate in research for the validation of a new call center employment test. The CCFIweb system currently is designed to reduce voluntary employee turnover in Telemarketing and Customer Service call centers. The DeGarmo Group has developed a new employment test to be included as part of the CCFIweb system for reducing employee turnover in Collections call centers.

Organizations who complete the research project will receive two free CCFI-Collections test administrations for each current and/or prospective collection representative who completes the beta version of the test and a job satisfaction survey. In addition, one free copy of the final validation report, complete with job satisfaction results, will be sent to participating organizations upon completion of the study. There is no cost to participate, and the test and survey administration can be completed in less than 30 minutes. Since the CCFI-Collections test is web-based, many representatives can participate at the same time.

For more information, please contact Anthony Adorno at Adorno@degarmogroup.com or call (309) 820-1435. Availability for participation in the study is limited, so early registration is encouraged. For a copy of the complete research description, CCFIweb brochures, and/or a Tutorial describing the CCFI-Collections web-based test, please visit www.degarmogroup.com
