Monitoring Tool For Noc

HI,

WE HAVE VARIOUS CALLCENTER COMPONETNTS IN OUR CALLCENTER - LIKE NORTEL PASSPORT,NORTEL MERIDIAN,AVAYA G3R, NICE VOICE LOGGER, AVAYA CNVERSENT UCS 1000 AND DAVOX DIALER.

TODAY MY MAIN PROBELM IS MONITOING FROM A SINGLE NMS - AND NONE OF THE VENDORS ARE SUPPORTED BY A UNIFIED NMS TOOL.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANY TOOL AVAILABLE LIKE AVAYA 'S VISABLITY , BUT IT CAN MONITOR ONLY AVAYA'S.. I NEED A TOOL WHICH CAN BE INTEGRATED WITH ALL COMPONENTS AND CAN SAVE MONEY FOR INVESTMENTS.

NOTE:- HP OPEN VIEW TESTED..BUT NOT SUITING REQT'S
