Predictive Dialler Questions

Can anyone suggest what questions I might ask when evaluating Predictive Dialler vendors? Is there a RFP template out there I can use?

I too am seeking info. I need mid to low level technical info. Not the high level business only stuff. How does common and contemporary dialer technology work and how it connects to network infrastructure? Links, white papers or direction to info would be greatly appreciated.

The book "Predictive Dialing Fundamentals: An Overview of Predictive Dialing Technologies, Their Applications and Usage Today". may be of help to you. The Author is Szlam, Aleksander/Thatcher, Ken. The book was written in 1996, but it does help one develope questions to ask and gets you thinking about what you really need.
