Headsets on a budget
My small call center goes through headsets at an amazing rate.
I have implemented policies that charge employees for their headsets if abused or vandalized in any way. However, once again I need to purchase headsets. What I am looking for is possibly refurbished sets. I have been paying about $20 ea. I am unable to purchase from my previous supplier, I have failed in all attempts to contact them. If anyone has any suggestions or contacts, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

In my many years expeience of solving call centre health and safety problems I have always found that Plantronics are very helpful when it come to the supply / service of headsets.
