Support contract terms vary widely from one vertical market and/or service to another. I'm not sure anyone can answer your question adequately without more specific detail. I would suggest you hire a consultant in your area who specializes in your vertical market. He/She will be able to share with you the industry norms for your specific application. Good Luck! Frank A.
