Information Overload

Interested to hear how folk's are managing all of the call center data they amass. I would like to be able to combine information from my problem management system, acd, payroll and web site into one database.....

We developed an internal web application that does all of what you have described. If you want to see it for ideas, I can show it to you on line. It pulls ACD, reporting, payroll, QA scoring, attendence, HR, etc. into one interface.

Give me a call if you are interested.
