Shared Accountability Metrics Regarding Employee Attrition

I am seeking to establish shared accountabilities for attrition amoung the recruiters, trainers, and supervisor in the call center.

I would like to hear from you if you have established quantifiable and measureable attrition metrics and / or implemented any scorecarded metrics that would tie in with performance reviews while maintaining shared accountabilities.

Any feedback is and discussion on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
