Anyone out there want to do my homework for me?
Hello, all
I've been asked to write about 100-250 words for our call centre news letter about Quality Assurance (the importance of quality service being provided to our customers) Anyone want to post my homework here for me? I can always 'cut and paste' =) Just trying to get a glimpse on everyone's different views on what quality service means to them. |
