Where importance Lies in Customer Service Call Center?
Customer service is related to solve the query of customers, whether its initial information about products or services, or after sales product/services installation or about any issue.
Good customer service happens to serve as the life-blood for a call center business. It is one essential way that allows you to maintain better relationship and interaction with the existing as well as the prospective customers. If you fail to offer specialized care then there can be worst chances that the old customers will never choose your product or service. Another worst instance of bad customer service is that your business will never to able to allure the new customers as well. So my question is that where the importance lies in this process, whether how you interact them?, what kind of information your provide and etc.?

You should always tell your customer what all their benefits if they chose your product. Never say anything negative about your competitive companies, praise them a bit(not very much). tell 1 negative thing about your product(it should not very negative). Your words should be strong enough to bound your customer with you. I hope this helps you.
