Printing Call Flows - Avaya

When it comes to printing vectors, vdn's, hunt groups, announcements, agents, vector events etc, it can quite a hassle! Once you are done you still need to stifle through all the paper work to match things up.

We have just released the 'Call Flow Extract' which will download all of this information and format it into an html document (linking all related fields) as well as a standard text document which you can save off for revision tracking.

Take a look at our website www.utilcall.com, and download a free trial. Even if you only run it once, you will at least have a permanent backup of all your vector call flows.

Thanks
Barry
