I am looking for an inexpensive call recording solution. This solution needs to record calls for each rep. on a scheduled basis without assistance from a live person. The solution needs to house the calls for at least 6 months or have the option to save them to disc etc.

If you are looking for an inexpensive means of recording I have a solution. I use this service provides by voicetronic third party verification. I use the recording for grading my agents, any chargeback disputes with customers and its only about 35 cents per call. My recordings are kept with online storage for six months where I can retrieve them by telephone and voicetronic also burns me a copy of the files weekly for my records. Its great and cheap.
