Meridian Card

Hello Friends
We have 61c at our Call Center ,Client of mine wants to hear Live calls connecting to my Meridian Directly is this Possible if yes how can I go about doing this

Option 61C Observation

You can trigger the "observation" feature on any ACD set that is connected to the Nortel Option 61C. The observe feature can be set to NONE, AGT, SUPVR or BOTH.

This also will activate a "beep" so either the agent or caller will know that they are being listened to.
