Agent & Center Performance

I am currently starting up an inbound call center, this consist of no more than ten (10) agents. I need a performance management tool that can be used to measure agent and center performance, that is not expensive.
This tool just needs to give stats on total calls received, abandoned on an agent level, and for the center over all.

Hi,

if you're only looking for those basic statistics, you can use the reports out of your telephony system (ACD). All ACDs come up with at least a handful of standard reports as far as I know - so you don't need to buy something additional.

Good luck!
