IVRU--Any good examples out there?
I'm the Technical Communications Specialist for a mid-size utility call center (130+ agents in three locations statewide). We're currently reviewing our IVRU for effectiveness and trying to determine what content can be condensed/eliminated. In addition to any advice on IVRU messages in general, I would love to hear examples of IVRUs that work--messages that customers like (or at least don't hate), and a structure that isn't impossible to figure out. Are there any studies available? Better yet, can anybody point to specific companies that have great IVRUs?
