Call center representative's knowledge, skills and abilities.
I am currently doing my practicum with a company that specializes in the development of preemployment testing. As part of my assignments, I have been requested to provide cited information (literature review) related to the knowledge, skills and abilities that a call center representative should have. It has been difficult for me to find this information. I will appreciate if someone can give me an advice on where to find it. I need it in order to complete graduation requirements (Industrial/Organizational Psychology).
