increasing the bottom line
Hi all,
We are a mid size contact centre company having a very decent client base. My management wants to double our capacity every 3 months( they call it the moores expansion theory). This obviously means we have to get as much business as possible. For now we are attacking the market via known contacts/references and cold calls. We are also looking to work with consultants and business finders. We are working on a tight budget...so suggesting advertisement and business seminars to the management will not work for now( atleast for the next couple of months). Is there another way to improve bottom line? We will be eager to partner with value added companies. Regards |

Increasing the bottom line
Doubling your capacity is a daunting task unless you have gobs of money.
We would be open to partnering with you as we are in the same business as you, but we are based in the Caribbean, and we are always looking to add to our list of American call center partners. Feel free to call Regards Alan
