Tracking mail drop statistics
I'm looking for suggestions on what is the to track mail drop statistics. Currently we have campaigns that last approximately 2-3 months. We would like to start tracking information that will help us in determining staffing for future campaigns.
Currently, we use eWFM version 5 for staffing. However, I have don't think this would be the best way. Our campaigns typically have mail that drops weekly. The offers might be different, and the way the mail is sent varies. (Ex. Bulk, First Class etc...) Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
