Non Profit Call Center Info
Does anyone have information on forums available for non-profit call centers? I work for 211 Tampa Bay Cares, Inc. (see www.211.org) in Tampa Bay. Our call center takes calls asking for information, referrals and crisis information.
Although some of the postings here are relevant with a bit of tweeking, I'm wondering if there is a forum out there that is more specific to our needs.
