Shared Outbound Queues

Our call center is a little different based on the fact that we do not service one major client - we service several smaller clients with as few as one agent in a queue.

I'm looking to create small shared queues with with the ability to train existing agaents across many clients corresponding to clients peak and off-peak times.

Has anyone had luck with this type of situation?
