Managerial Leadership?

After seeing all the leadership books on this site I expected to find a lively discussion of leadership. Isn't anyone interested in having better leadership skills?

I managed people for over 30 years and with a lot of luck did learn how to create highly motivated superstars and to teach subordinate managers to do likewise.

I am willing to answer any questions you may have. It may be worth your while to look at my Shareware ebook "Leadership Skills - How to Unleash the Power of People" on my website below.

Standing by to answer! best regards, Ben
