Call Center Structure
Hi,
I was given the assignment to do a thorough research on the structure of a call center considering that my contacts are planning to put up a new call center but have not much information about the structure and the revenues to be expected. I would appreciate any information on this matter. Anything as simple as a block diagram with duties and responsibilities of each level would be highly thankful for. Katron
